The Products displayed on our Website may not be shown to actual size nor are their images binding as to color or other detail. Some products may appear larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in to show the entire item. Product descriptions are provided solely to communicate the most up-to-date manufacturer specifications available to us at the time of publishing, and are not intended to be advertisements. Manufacturer specifications are subject to change without notice, and the product we ship will be exactly as produced by the manufacturer.
All Products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of a change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered we will offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality for the same price or a refund. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We make every effort, in good faith, to only display products that are in current production and/or can be ordered and delivered within our "Availability and Delivery Time" policy, but make no guarantee. We will not charge for products that are known to be not available, and reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that we are unable to fill.
The diamonds we supply have been purchased from legitimate sources in compliance with the Kimberley Process. This is done to seek to eliminate the purchase of diamonds involved in funding conflicts.
Diamonds of the Kingdom shall be under no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims in respect of: (a) any defect arising from willful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions for the use of the products (whether oral or in writing); (b) misuse or alteration of the products without our approval; (c) arising from any Customer Material supplied by you which is incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or any other fault of the Customer and/or (d) for Products not manufactured by Diamonds of the Kingdom, in respect of which the customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to Diamonds of the Kingdom.
We ship products worldwide via FedEx Express service. However, all orders from outside the United States must be paid by Wire Transfer. If you wish to order an item from outside the United States, please send us an email requesting Wire Transfer instructions.
Diamonds of the Kingdom will ship its jewelry products via a myriad of shipping sources we deem appropriate. Diamonds of the Kingdom may also ship items through independent labs shipping services such as IGI or GIA. If an item is shipped to you from an independent lab it must be returned through the same lab for inspection and analysis of the returned items. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery for non-stocked and or custom designed merchandise. Some custom designed items may take longer dependent upon any changes you the customer may make or manufacturer availability. Diamonds of the Kingdom will not ship to a P.O. Box. Delivery will be made to the address specified in the Order Confirmation. Diamonds of the Kingdom reserves the right to restrict the delivery of products. Your order shipment is always risk-free until it reaches the shipping destination. For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery of your order. Please make arrangements to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. Once an item has been delivered to the delivery address the purchaser bears all responsibility for the item and Diamonds of the Kingdom shall not be liable for their loss or destruction.
All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.
Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt and or refund by Diamonds of The Kingdom. Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged for another Diamonds of The Kingdom product of equal or lesser value.
For all returns please include all of the original packaging and documents. For certified jewelry items the certificate must be included or you will be charged a replacement fee of 250.00. For security reasons please do not write jewelry, diamonds, etc on the package. Diamonds of the Kingdom will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. Returned items must be returned in similar packaging (fully insured) and via the same shipping method by which it was shipped to the customer. Items returned are to be in the same condition as when they were sold and shipped or this guarantee is void. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.
After we receive the returned order our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item or send it out to an independent lab for analysis. Diamonds of the Kingdom may require you to return your purchase to an independent lab we specify to ensure that the items was not tampered with or damaged in any way. If we send out an item for analysis no refund will be processed until complete verification of the returned item authenticity. Diamonds of the Kingdom will refund the original purchase amount of the item in US$. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. If there is evidence of tampering or damage Diamonds of the Kingdom will not issue you a refund. These safeguards are to protect our customers and Diamonds of the Kingdom. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle after item verification in order for your credit to appear.
We aim to make the refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Once we have received your returned item and we have deemed it unworn or damaged and meeting all return requirements we will process a refund to you.
