The Terms on this website govern the contract to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions stipulated in any other communication or document unless expressly agreed in writing by Diamonds of the Kingdom. Diamonds of the Kingdom reserves the right to vary the content of these Terms at any time and may post any published changes on the Website. Continued use of the Website, or any of its services will signify that you agree to any such changes. We may correct any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any information on the Website or in any email or other document or communication issued by Diamonds of the Kingdom without incurring any liability. If any clause or part of a clause in these Terms is held by any Court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, such clause or part shall be severed and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Website prices, delivery details, contact details and privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the Products by us.

Online Security

Diamonds of the Kingdom website is protected with an SSL Certificate for security of your data and online transactions. Protecting against fraud is a shared responsibility of both Diamonds of the Kingdom and you. To minimize your chances of becoming a victim of online fraud consider following these tips:

Only enter your credit card information on sites that display https:// in the address box with a lock icon.

Diamonds of the Kingdom will not ask for your passwords, pins or credit card information via e-mail.

Don’t click on unfamiliar links and provide personal information in an e-mail.

Use well known security programs and keep them up to date.

Product Information/Details

The Products displayed on our Website may not be shown to actual size nor are their images binding as to color or other detail. Some products may appear larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other Products may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than actual size in to show the entire item. Product descriptions are provided solely to communicate the most up-to-date manufacturer specifications available to us at the time of publishing, and are not intended to be advertisements. Manufacturer specifications are subject to change without notice, and the product we ship will be exactly as produced by the manufacturer.

All Products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of a change in the specification or quality of the goods ordered we will offer you a substitute item of the same or better quality for the same price or a refund. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We make every effort, in good faith, to only display products that are in current production and/or can be ordered and delivered within our "Availability and Delivery Time" policy, but make no guarantee. We will not charge for products that are known to be not available, and reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that we are unable to fill.

The diamonds we supply have been purchased from legitimate sources in compliance with the Kimberley Process. This is done to seek to eliminate the purchase of diamonds involved in funding conflicts.

Diamonds of the Kingdom shall be under no liability to the customer for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims in respect of: (a) any defect arising from willful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions for the use of the products (whether oral or in writing); (b) misuse or alteration of the products without our approval; (c) arising from any Customer Material supplied by you which is incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or any other fault of the Customer and/or (d) for Products not manufactured by Diamonds of the Kingdom, in respect of which the customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to Diamonds of the Kingdom.

International Orders:

We ship products worldwide via FedEx Express service. However, all orders from outside the United States must be paid by Wire Transfer. If you wish to order an item from outside the United States, please send us an email requesting Wire Transfer instructions.

We do not accept credit cards that are issued by banks outside the United States.
We currently will not ship credit card orders outside the United States.

Shipping

Diamonds of the Kingdom will ship its jewelry products via a myriad of shipping sources we deem appropriate. Diamonds of the Kingdom may also ship items through independent labs shipping services such as IGI or GIA. If an item is shipped to you from an independent lab it must be returned through the same lab for inspection and analysis of the returned items. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery for non-stocked and or custom designed merchandise. Some custom designed items may take longer dependent upon any changes you the customer may make or manufacturer availability. Diamonds of the Kingdom will not ship to a P.O. Box. Delivery will be made to the address specified in the Order Confirmation. Diamonds of the Kingdom reserves the right to restrict the delivery of products. Your order shipment is always risk-free until it reaches the shipping destination. For added security, a signature may be required upon delivery of your order. Please make arrangements to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt. Once an item has been delivered to the delivery address the purchaser bears all responsibility for the item and Diamonds of the Kingdom shall not be liable for their loss or destruction.

All orders are subject to stock availability and payment clearance.

Returns

Diamonds of the kingdom is dedicated to providing you with high quality jewelry to create lasting moments. You must contact Diamondsofthekingdom.com and request/receive a return authorization number within 7 days of delivery of your order. Packages without a return authorization number or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a restocking fee of 9% of the returned item without exceptions. Shipping charges are not refundable for returned items. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent from Diamonds of the Kingdom within 14 days from the date of delivery. Return orders received after this date will not be accepted for a refund, exchange. Any returns showing signs of use, wear or those that have been engraved, altered from its original condition in any way, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Products must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange.

All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch.

Returns or exchanges are not allowed on customized jewelry, special order items, class rings and engraved items. Deposits for special orders are not refundable.
By entering into a purchase agreement with us, the customer agrees that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be compensated by the insurance claim process and the customer agrees not to perform a credit card chargeback to recover such a loss. The customer also agrees to assume all liability for loss or damage during shipment if there is a 'Signature Release' of any kind on file for the delivery address. Packages shipped outside the United States may have lower limits for insurance coverage. All claims for loss or damage during shipment must be initiated within 48 hours of scheduled delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
To prevent credit card fraud, we may request additional documentation such as a copy of the credit card and photo identification to verify that a purchase is being made by the authorized cardholder. Providing this information is optional, but we reserve the right to cancel any order if we do not have sufficient information to verify the purchase is being made by the authorized credit card holder.

Security and Fraud:

All transactions are processed on a secure server to ensure security.
All credit card transactions are thoroughly reviewed by a credit card security specialist for fraud indicators prior to processing the credit card.
Any orders that have one or more "potential fraud indicators" may be canceled, without notice, at our discretion.
All potential fraud indicators are immediately reported to the appropriate credit card issuing bank for further investigation.
If your order contains any unusual circumstances that may be considered a fraud indicator, we strongly recommend that you contact us by phone to prevent delays or cancellation of your order.

Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt and or refund by Diamonds of The Kingdom. Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged for another Diamonds of The Kingdom product of equal or lesser value.

For all returns please include all of the original packaging and documents. For certified jewelry items the certificate must be included or you will be charged a replacement fee of 250.00. For security reasons please do not write jewelry, diamonds, etc on the package. Diamonds of the Kingdom will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. Returned items must be returned in similar packaging (fully insured) and via the same shipping method by which it was shipped to the customer. Items returned are to be in the same condition as when they were sold and shipped or this guarantee is void. Items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted.

After we receive the returned order our Quality Assurance department will inspect and verify the condition of the item or send it out to an independent lab for analysis. Diamonds of the Kingdom may require you to return your purchase to an independent lab we specify to ensure that the items was not tampered with or damaged in any way. If we send out an item for analysis no refund will be processed until complete verification of the returned item authenticity. Diamonds of the Kingdom will refund the original purchase amount of the item in US$. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase. If there is evidence of tampering or damage Diamonds of the Kingdom will not issue you a refund. These safeguards are to protect our customers and Diamonds of the Kingdom. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle after item verification in order for your credit to appear.

We aim to make the refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Shipment and Insurance: You may use the following shipping methods depending on the value of your products. Diamonds of the Kingdom is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while shipping.

For your protection, please ship your item fully insured, signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Diamonds of the Kingdom.
Your return via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the shipment, signature required, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Diamonds of the Kingdom.

Once we have received your returned item and we have deemed it unworn or damaged and meeting all return requirements we will process a refund to you.
